The Victoria Building- Steamboat Springs, CO. Scope of work: Commercial building site work including excavation of foundation, underground parking garage, extensive storm-draininstallation, surveying & grading soil, installation of water, sewer, and electrical piping. Difficulties Encountered:  Location of this job was in downtown Steamboat Spring on main street requiring traffic control, and tight working space.  In addition Rogue Resources was required to deal with contaminated soil found on the work site, and a high amount of ground water. Timeline of the job was from October 2007 to Sept. 2008. Resort Group- Steamboat Spring, CO. December 2007- September 2008 Scope of work: Excavation of foundation, surveying and grading soil, installation of water, sewer, and electricalpiping and extensive storm drain installation. Difficulties Encountered: The site contained an extremely large amount of top-soil not suitable for compaction. Zedick Foundation, Steamboat Spring, CO December 2008- June 2009 Scope of work: Installation of water reservoir, installation of water, sewer, and electrical piping and 5000ft face retaining wall. Difficulties Encountered: Extremely steep site with 45 degree slopes requiring installation of 5000ft face feet retaining wall. Lincoln water Line Expansion, Steamboat Springs, CO June 2006 - July 2006 Scope of work: Construction of new water line expansion including excavation and installation of a new 12" city water main. Difficulties Encountered: This job included sensitive landscaping issues, a dangerous 6" high pressure gas line in the excavation area, and a 17 foot installation dept. Werner Water Line Long-Thong, Steamboat Springs, CO May 2008-September 2008 Scope of work: Trench excavation and new water line installation Difficulties: Extremely steep site including 50 degree slope, with very tight working  space.  We performed the job without closing off access to the roadway, and the trench  was over 20 feet deep. Colorado Northern Community, Craig, CO April 2010-2011 Scope of work: Foundation excavation, water and sewer, parking areas and installation of water tanks. Lowell Whiteman School Boy's Dormitory August 2009-June 2010   12 Million feet underground pipeline (all steel pipe and stainless steel pipe, all joints were welded and x-rayed from Furmosa Plastics to a bay in the Gulf of Mexico to deliver hot plastic to the ships. (2004-2006) Installed HDPE pipes, reservoirs and tanks for water system for city of Kalispel, Montana. We did all the fusion welding. (2004)Installed water line from individual homes to major subdivisions up to city water projects for cities of Great falls, San Francisco, San Jose Bozeman and white Spring Montana and constructed the water storage tanks. (2000-present) Designed and layout water systems for homes, and cities of San Jose, Ca., Desert Hot Spring, Palm Spring, Helewa, Montana. (1998-present)     Drilled individual, commercial and irrigation wells in the rocky mountains with very hard rocks to unconsolidated materials at dept from 30-1200feet in Alaska, Montana and California (2000-2005) Drilled two 1000ft+ wells to supply two golf course sites in Palm Spring (2003) Drilled 1700ft well to supply subdivisions in Desert Hot Spring (2006) Drilled five 700ft well for city of High land, California (2009) Drilled eight exploration salt dewatering wells for city of San Juan Capatrona, California (2007-2008) Drilled 17" diameter wells for city of Mentone for irrigation (2009) Drilled twenty eight Cathodic  protection wells for sewage plant in San Jose, California (2008) Drilled cathodic protection wells at San Francisco Airport, San Francisco, California (2005-2006)       Designed complete water systems for major subdivisions and cities of Helwa, Mousella in Montana.
