Personnel     JO Drilling & Water Resources is led by highly qualified and experienced individuals. Our principals  together' provide our firm with over fifty years of practical and professional experience in water design and construction.       Mr. Jeff Torgrimson. CEO/President of the company is a Driller. He has over 30 years of progressive experience in oil and water drilling and water resources management.  His long career spanned from Oil well drilling in Wyoming (SOS oil field services), Montana (Dual Drilling), North Dakota (Dual Drilling), New Mexico (Dual Drilling), Colorado (Dual drilling), Michigan (Dual Drilling), California (Gruce Drilling), Alaska (North-slope cook  inlet offshore), Poole Arctic Alaska (Parker Drilling). He has operated and managed water companies in Alaska, Hawaii (where he drilled steam well into volcano), and California. He has supervised and installed water tanks and reservoirs and has extensive experience in water purification systems.       Mr. Jay Stetson. Project Director of the company has over 20 years of experience in water drilling, water design and water treatment.  Mr. Stetson has drilled and supervised domestic and commercial water wells drilling from 6" to 17" in diameter, and up to 1,200' deep.  He has extensive experience in solid bedrock, soft and hard shells, gravel and heaving sand drilling.  He has over 5 years of experience with drilling and management of Geothermal Wells used for heating/air conditioning of buildings. He has over 10 years of water design and installation of water delivery systems.  These include public, private and United States Government water delivery.  He has supervised and worked side by side with water technicians to design all types of water treatment plants and systems as required by all the projects.  Finally, he has over 20 years continuous experience in excavation, laying water and utility lines and pipes.     Mike Miller: Mr. Miller has over 20 years of concrete excavation and Lumber development experience.  He is U.S Government certified contractor in concrete operations.  His experience include: Excavation, Pipe laying, Blasting, Logging, Heavy Equipment Operations, Estimating and Bidding. Mr. Miller has worked as Concrete Forming System Superintendent for several years and he is licensed by International Society of Explosive Engineers to provide training in Drilling and Blasting.     David J. York: Mr. York's experience in drilling spanned to 1980 when he began his career in Oil Well Drilling. He is experienced in all levels of drilling operations (Water and Oil) , working derricks, mud pits, drilling formations.  He has extensive experience in electrical and equipment repairs.  He has worked in North Slope of Alaska, Southern California, Eastern Montana, North Dakota, Colorado and Afton Wyoming. Mr. York will bring a wealth of experience.       Mr. Okey  Okonkwo. Partner/International Consultant is a Land Use, Transportation Demand Management and Design specialist.  He has over 25 years of progressive experience with public and private agencies in Land Use Design, Transportation Demand Management, Space Planning and Design, Research and Survey analysis and review.  Mr. Okonkwo has strong international experience therefore, he is the main connection between our company and our International  Customers.
